Grean's work includes a variety of television series, mini-series, movies for television, and feature films including National Lampoon's: Senior Trip, Eddie & The Cruisers: Part II, Picture Claire, and Cypher. Besides Power Play, Grean also produced John Woo's Once a Thief and Tracker.
