Don McBrearty directed many Power Play episodes, including All For One and Brothers In Arms. Other popular series he directed include Road To Avonlea, 21 Jump Street, E.N.G., and Wind At My Back. In addition to his work on a multitude of television series, McBrearty's credits include anthology dramas, television pilots, and television movies.
McBrearty received a Gemini Award for Best Director for the TV movie A Child's Christmas In Wales and many Gemini nominations for directing, including one for his work on the series Blue Murder and another for the miniseries The Arrow. More recently, he was nominated for the TV movie The Interrogation of Michael Crowe, starring Power Play's Michael Riley.
