Joe Harriman was Parker's right hand man at the Brett Parker
Sports Agency in New York. With Parker GM of the Hamilton Steelheads,
he found himself in charge of most of the business, and had the coast clear
to take over.
And take
over is exactly what he did. He's also the
one who's responsible for the charges of racketeering, restraint
of trade, and mail fraud that were brought up
against Parker. That's why he is most often referred as Mr. Weasel,
rat bastard, or sneaky s.o.b.
On Power Play, the role of Joe Harriman is played by Greg Spottiswood.
