Texan Roger "Bud" Travis is a born business man.  His city, Houston, is looking for a team to create an in-state rivalry with Dallas, and acquiring the Steelheads would be just dandy.  He had a deal with Brett Parker, but Parker let him down.  He also had something with Colleen, but she crossed him as well.

But Bud is not one to let himself be bested in business and he has a score to settle with both Parker and Colleen .  Now he will do everything in his power to make life tough for the Hamilton team, so it can come crawling back to him.
